Movement, Sound
and Dance are an important part of Movement and Spirit Healing
Practice and Workshops.
It’s used to awaken our creativity, release stagnant energy,
express and celebrate our body and Spirit. Pnina has been a
dancer for many years. Her Unique healing dance is influenced
by belly dance, African and Brazilian dance as well as
Therapeutic movement, yoga and qigong.
Healing dance and sound are often integrated to Pnina's
workshops and private sessions. |

Self-Healing Method
Slow and gentle unusual movements are designed to reprogram
our movement patterns and body posture with healthy habits.
In this self-healing process, along with visualization,
meditation and deep breathing, you will release energy
blocks, create stimulation and circulation of the nerves and
muscles. You will increase your awareness of those places in
your mind and body where you have been numb, bringing more
of your energy to your body and learning how to use it fully
and joyfully. Coordination movement will help you to create
smoother and more efficient movement, using only what is
needed and thus walking and moving much more effortlessly.
This relaxing and nurturing technique can be incorporated
into the massage sessions, helping release emotions that are
trapped in body tension. Communication between the body,
mind and spirit is increased and additional movement can
result.
